160 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document outlines the rules, rights and responsibilities that apply to all users of the 160 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing or using the 160 platform, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 160 platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 160 as the platform operator. They apply to all activities on the platform, including account registration, deposits, gameplay, withdrawals and use of any other features provided.

The 160 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 160 platform. Creating multiple accounts using the same or different personal information is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, valid email address and any other details requested. 160 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the 160 support team immediately at [email protected]. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility unless you have reported a breach to us in writing.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

As a user of the 160 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
  • Attempting to cheat, defraud or manipulate the gaming system, deposit process or withdrawals.
  • Sharing your account with others or allowing a third party to use your account.
  • Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
  • Registering using false information or assuming another person's identity.
  • Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner that conflicts with the stipulated promotion terms.

Any violation of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of bonus balances, and rejection of pending withdrawal requests. 160 reserves the right to pursue legal action where necessary.

Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions

All financial transactions on the 160 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet and other methods listed in the platform's Payment section.

Deposits that have been successfully processed cannot be reversed. You are responsible for ensuring that all information entered during a transaction is accurate. 160 is not liable for transaction delays or failures caused by user error or third-party issues such as banks or digital wallet providers.

Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe specified based on the selected method. Before a first withdrawal is approved, 160 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) to ensure transaction security. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as stated on the platform's payment page and are subject to change from time to time.

Any attempt to conduct money laundering or suspicious financial activity through this platform will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the account in question will be suspended immediately.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

The 160 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. 160 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including any financial losses resulting from gaming activity.

160 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades or events beyond our control, such as internet disruptions, may cause the platform to be temporarily inaccessible.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 160 platform, including logos, designs, text, gaming software and graphics, is the property of 160 or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify or use such content for commercial purposes without written permission from 160.

Third-Party Links

The 160 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, such as game providers or payment processors. 160 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites or services.

Account Policy, Terms Changes & Governing Law

Account Suspension & Closure

160 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, promotion abuse or any conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform. Users whose accounts are suspended for violations may not be entitled to claim any outstanding bonus balances.

Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the 160 support team. Prior to closure, all valid cash balances may be withdrawn subject to identity verification requirements.

Changes to These Terms

160 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-platform notifications or email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
